MASSES

In-person religious gatherings and worship services at St. Andrew's are suspended.

By order of the Provincial Health Officer, all In-person religious gatherings and worship services are suspended until February 5, 2021.

This means, that sadly, there will be no Masses with a congregation at St. Andrew's at this time. We will continue to live-stream daily masses on weekdays at 9am and weeknights at 7pm.

St. Andrew's will remain open for private prayer during regular hours (Mon-Friday 10am - 4pm, Sat 12pm - 3pm, Sun 12pm - 4pm) with existing COVID-19 safeguards in place (social distancing, hand sanitizer, etc.)

Confessions will now be taking place in the Cathedral Monday - 10am to 12pm and 1pm to 3pm and Tuesdays thru Fridays - 10am to 12pm and 1pm to 3pm.

The Parish Office remains open during regular hours of operation (8:30am - 4pm).

Funerals, weddings and baptisms will continue to be celebrated at St. Andrew's with no more than 10 people.

Whether you’re just visiting us for a brief time, looking for a new parish home, are returning to the practice of your Catholic faith or are interested in finding out more about the Catholic Church, we’re happy to have you here.

A parish is a community of believers and a spiritual family that is supportive and loving. It can be a place to grow spiritually, to put your faith in action, and to use our gifts of time and talent as disciples of Christ.  Explore our pages under Ministries and Education for opportunities to use your gifts, expand your prayer life or learn more about our faith.

We look forward to seeing you!

St. Andrew’s Cathedral is very thankful to the City of Victoria for granting us a three-year permissive tax exemption (2020 - 2022). This exemption will allow us to fund many programs for our community and support outreach to those in need.
